Joining the list
To become a member of the FinservUK-List community it is necessary to register on the site.
This registration ensures the application is from a real email address and a person, not some spammer's robot. As soon as you have registered you will be able to complete a request form.
We welcome new members. The only criteria we use is that you must have a genuine reason for subscribing to the list you might be an IFA, work for a product provider, a software supplier, be a financial services journalist or be involved in some way in your professional capacity.
None of the information supplied is available to anyone other than the list manager. It is quite possible to lurk on the list and other members to never know you are a member. We do prefer list members to contribute and get involved but no one is under any obligation to participate in the discussions and threads of conversations that flow through the list.
The list is NOT suitable for members of the public seeking financial advice.
There are many sources on the internet where a member of the public can seek guidance but this is not one of them. If you have arrived here and are someone seeking financial advice we would certainly be able to recommend a local IFA in your area from our members but we can do no more. The request form does ensure that we know who you are and why you wish to subscribe.
